He graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, England, where hespecialised in neurology, kinesiology, paediatrics, and sports medicine.
After graduating, he became curious about functional neurology and worked at NewlandChiropractic Clinic in Lincoln. In addition to being a chiropractor, he was the director ofneurological rehabilitation.
From August 2018 to July 2022 ran his clinic in Lucca and worked alongside Erik Bergstrom, one of the best chiropractors in Italy.
During this time, he was secretary of the International College of Applied Kinesiology Italy and a member of the chiropractic research committee of the Chiropractic Italian Association (AIC)
In July 2022, he relocated back to Dorset, where he started Fit And Healthy Chiropractic and joined part-time Spring Chiropractic in Southampton.

Chiropractic Techniques
Functional Neurology:
Functional neurology, also known as chiropractic neurology, is a discipline developed from basic neuroscienceprinciples and an understanding of how the most recent scientific research can apply to patient care.
A careful assessment not only determines which areas of a person’s nervous system are dysfunctional but will also design an appropriate treatment plan to improve the quality of a patient’s nervous system function.
Applied Kinesiology:
Applied kinesiology is a safe and non-invasive diagnostic system using muscle testing to evaluate neurological function. Its functional diagnostic tool focuses on neuromuscular function related to the body’s structural, chemical and neurological regulatory systems.
SOT:
It’s a technique that goes beyond simple spinal adjusting and developed methods of correcting the Cranium, Pelvis, Extremities and Organs. This study brought about a system of adjusting patterns in the body, not just single bodyparts.
NIP:
It is a complete body system of analysis to identify abnormal sensory input from structures of the body such as joints, muscles and ligaments that compromise the brain’s ability to coordinate normal movement and strength.
Adjusting modalities:
There are many ways to deliver an adjustment. The most common is joint manipulation, where you may hear a popping noise. It’s comfortable, helps restore movement, and improves nerve function. It also decreases pain andinflammation.
Non-manipulative adjusting options are:
- Instrument-assisted adjusting gives a gentle input to the
- Tonal adjusting: very light touch input, generally helped with breath work.
