Who is Dr. Francesco?
Dr. Francesco Mariani is a highly experienced chiropractor who has dedicated his career to helping people achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
Dr. Mariani graduated from the AECC in Bournemouth and has worked in some of the best functional neurology clinics in Lincoln, helping patients recover from a wide range of conditions.
He has also worked in Italy in his two clinics and was involved with the Italian Chiropractic Association in the research department. During this time, he ran courses for international applied kinesiology (ICAK), gaining extensive knowledge in this field.
In 2022, Dr. Mariani relocated back to Ferndown, where he opened Fit and Healthy Chiropractic, with the aim of providing the highest quality chiropractic care to patients in the local community.
With his wealth of experience and expertise, Dr. Mariani is committed to helping his patients achieve optimal health and wellness, and he is always on the lookout for the latest advances in chiropractic care to offer the best treatment options available.
What Happens During The First Visit
1) We assess your medical history, consult the reports of examinations you have already taken, and ascertain your general state of health to identify what is preventing you from being well.
2) We subject you to movement tests, kinesiological tests, neuro-orthopedic tests and perform a digital posture examination.
3) We explain the results to you and create a personalized treatment plan.
4) We perform, if useful, an initial chiropractic treatment.
